Reflective Insights

Starting therapy is a meaningful step toward caring for yourself, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to get here. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, feeling overwhelmed, or simply looking to reconnect with your sense of purpose, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I offer virtual counselling and psychotherapy sessions in Ontario for individuals aged 18 and older, created to meet you where you are and support the future you’re working toward. This is a space where self-reflection leads to meaningful insights that support growth and practical change. Our work together is guided by your goals, your values, and your inner strengths.

Situational Challenges

Sometimes life brings moments that leave you feeling unsettled, uncertain, or overwhelmed. You may be facing tough decisions, navigating something unexpected, or simply noticing that things feel off and you’re not quite sure why.

Even when these situations are temporary, the emotional weight they carry can feel heavy and difficult to sort through on your own.

Together, we’ll slow things down and create space to explore what you’ve been experiencing. We’ll reflect on what’s been weighing on you, make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and draw on your inner strengths so you can move through these moments feeling more grounded and supported.

Life Transitions

Life is full of turning points, some expected and others that arrive unexpectedly. Starting a new role, becoming a parent, navigating shifts in relationships or career, moving to a new place, or coping with loss can bring a mix of emotions and uncertainty.

During times of transition, it’s common to question your direction, your identity, or what comes next.

Together, we’ll explore what this transition means for you, reflect on the emotions that come with it, and help you reconnect with a sense of clarity and stability as you move through this new chapter of your life.

Stress and Burnout

When stress becomes constant, it can begin to affect every part of your life. You may feel emotionally drained, mentally exhausted, or disconnected from the things that once brought you energy and meaning.

Over time, carrying ongoing pressure and responsibilities can leave you feeling depleted and overwhelmed.

Together, we’ll explore what has been contributing to that exhaustion and create space for you to slow down and reflect. Through this process, you can begin to restore a sense of balance, reconnect with yourself, and rebuild your emotional well-being.

Compassion Fatigue

Caring deeply about others is a meaningful part of who many people are. But when you spend a great deal of time supporting others emotionally, it can become easy to overlook your own needs.

Over time, this emotional strain can lead to feelings of fatigue, depletion, or disconnection.

Together, we’ll create space for you to receive the same care and understanding you often give to others. We’ll explore ways to honor your compassion while also protecting your emotional well-being so you can feel more balanced and supported.

Self-Esteem & Confidence

Many people carry an inner voice that questions their worth, abilities, or decisions. This self-doubt can quietly influence how you see yourself and how confidently you move through different areas of your life.

Over time, that critical inner dialogue can make it difficult to recognize your strengths or trust yourself.

Together, we’ll gently explore the experiences and patterns that may be shaping these thoughts. We’ll focus on reconnecting with your strengths, values, and the qualities that make you who you are, helping you develop a stronger sense of self-trust and confidence.

Personal Growth

You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy. Many people come because they want to understand themselves more deeply, reflect on their experiences, and live with greater intention.

Taking time for self-reflection can open the door to powerful insights about who you are and what matters most to you.

Together, we’ll explore your experiences, values, and goals in ways that deepen self-awareness and support meaningful personal growth and transformation.

Learn about my

therapeutic approach

Therapy is most helpful when it feels like a partnership (supportive, respectful, and focused) on what matters most to you. My approach is grounded in practical, evidence-based methods that help you build on what’s already working, uncover new possibilities, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want to create.

Above all, my approach is client-centered and flexible. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, helping you rediscover your strengths, explore what’s possible, and create the changes that matter most to you.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

This approach centers on your strengths and future goals. We’ll explore what’s already going well and create a clear vision of where you want to go. Together, we’ll focus on small, achievable steps that move you closer to that future.

TEAM-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TEAM-CBT)

We’ll work together to understand patterns that may be holding you back and shift them in ways that feel more empowering and supportive. This structured, collaborative method helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and take action.

Neuro Network Therapy®

By working with your brain’s natural ability to heal and rewire, this approach supports deep emotional change. It helps you process experiences more fully and reconnect with calm, resilience, and inner balance.
